Marketplace Rules

1. The Qlikrasen Guarantee

We facilitate the connection. Payments are held by our system and only released to tutors upon successful delivery of service (Session completion or Gig submission).

2. Platform Fees

By using the marketplace, Tutors agree to a platform fee deducted from every successful transaction to cover infrastructure and payment processing costs.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Academic Dishonesty: Gigs must follow your local institution's ethical guidelines.
  • Off-Platform Payments: Attempting to bypass the PayChangu system to avoid fees will result in an immediate permanent ban.
